This Week in Your Government

Monday, December 20 – Friday, December 25, 2010

On Tuesday, the Davis City Council takes up where the Yolo County Board of Supervisors left off on Friday, considering proposed water agreements between the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency, the Cities of Woodland and Davis, the owners of Conaway Ranch and Reclamation District 2035.  These agreements are discussed in more detail in Historic Agreements Create Secure Water Future and Rebuilding Davis’ Water Utility.

On Monday, Councilmembers Stephen Souza and Joe Krovoza will hold a public question and answer session on the pending agreements.  This Q&A session seeks to inform the public and address concerns preceding the meetings that will formally consider the agreements of the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency. All interested parties are invited to attend.
