7:00 pm – CITY – Community Workshop on Central Park – discussion of the northern portion of Central Park which was overlooked during the expansion and improvements to the southern or Farmers Market end of the park. Specific elements of the park that will be discussed are a universally accessible play structure, new restrooms, the broken fountain and ADA circulation.

9:00 am – Yolo County Board of Supervisors – public hearing to approve the first amendment of the Esparto Bridge Development Impact Fee Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1379) to extend the term of the existing fee ordinance for an additional five years and expand the covered area to include lands within the Orciouli Subdivision to allow for the financing, or reimbursement for the cost of future bridge crossing(s) over Lamb Valley Slough, in accordance with the adopted Esparto General Plan; closed session conference with labor negotiator for all bargaining units

6:00 pm – Davis City Council – public hearing on resolution to adopt the updated housing element; public hearing on ordinances amending the zoning code regarding fence standards; Fifth Street Corridor Improvements (A to L Streets); review of impact of Picnic Day Activities and possible City follow-up
