Though their schedules and agendas are not posted online, the Associated Students of the University of California, Davis (ASUCD) meet regularly on the following schedule:

ASUCD Senate meets weekly at 6:10 pm, on Thursday nights in the Mee Room of the UC Davis Memorial Union.

ASUCD commissions also meet weekly, with the times and locations in Memorial Union as follows:

  • Internal Affairs Commission: Mondays, 5 pm in the Garrison Room
  • Academic Affairs Commission: Mondays, 6:30 pm in the Fielder Room
  • Ethnic and Cultural Affairs Commission: Mondays, 7:30 pm, Garrison Room
  • Gender and Sexualities Commission: Tuesdays, 4:30 pm, Fielder Room
  • External Affairs Commission: Tuesdays, 5 pm, Garrison Room
  • Business and Finance Commission: Tuesdays, 6 pm, ASUCD Conference Room
  • Environmental Policy and Planning Commission: Tuesdays, 7:30 pm, Garrison Room
  • Outreach Assembly Commission: Wednesdays, 7:00 pm, Fielder Room

The ASUCD Elections Committee meets Thursday nights at 6:00 pm in the ASUCD Conference Room, until the end of Winter Quarter.

1:30 pm – STATE – Joint hearing of the Assembly Transportation Committee; the Senate Transportation and Housing Committee; the Senate Select Committee on Bay Area Transportation; the Senate Budget Subcommittee No. 2 on Resources, Environmental Protection, Energy and Transportation – informational hearing on the October Bay Bridge closure.

6:30 pm – Davis City Council - public hearing on user fees for aquatic facilities; public hearing to consider joining California Communities CaliforniaFIRST AB 811 financing program; procedures for Davis cold weather shelters upon reaching capacity; memorandum of understanding with Individual Management Employees (except City Manager and department heads)
