Downtown Holiday Celebration in Color
‘Tis the season to festoon our fair city with boughs of green and strands of light. On December 3rd, our community celebrated some of it’s oldest traditions, as the annual Children’s Parade marched, choirs sang, the Holiday Tree was illuminated in E Street Plaza, Santa and Mrs. Santa greeted their guests, and the “The Grinch” returned to the Varsity Theatre.

These little angels made a cold night warm!
Fast forward 10-12 years, and add our community supported music education program; those little angels above will become our classically trained and highly regarded DSHS Madrigals.
Anxiously awaiting a jolly bearded man and his wife... but, wait, who is that green character in the back?
Santa & Mrs. Claus have never looked better.
The Grinch can try, but I doubt that he can steal any holiday spirit from Davis.
