This Week In YOUR Government
Monday, November 9 – Friday, November 13
You can be a part of making Davis beautiful and interesting by supporting the work of the Civic Arts Commission. The Commission works to encourage activities and events in the community for the appreciation and participation in cultural activities. This week, among other topics, the honorary Poet Laureate position and Celebration of the Arts Month will be discussed.
This Wednesday is Veterans’ Day. Don’t forget to display your flags and honor our troops. To learn more about sending donations and gifts of support to our local troops overseas and for a list of much needed supplies and shipping information, click here.
