9:00 am – Yolo County Board of Supervisors – public hearing on a proposed ordinance approving bylaws for General Plan citizens advisory committees; public hearing to consider adoption of a proposed small and large wind energy systems ordinance; adopt the Yolo County design guidelines to provide review criteria for the preparation and evaluation of development proposals in the unincorporated area of the county.
6:30 pm – Davis City Council – public hearing on Measure J renewal and possible business park exemption; senior housing survey; review of role of council liaisons to subcommittees.
